Pay Stubs and W-2 Form Information

If you need assistance accessing historic payroll or W-2 Form information for the calendar years prior to 2025, please complete a Payroll Support/Inquiry request. Payroll will respond to your request within 7 business days.

You can also contact USNH Payroll by calling  > Finance (Option 6) > then Payroll (Option 1)

Beginning calendar year 2025, payroll information is available in Workday .
