Teaching and Learning Technologies along with various departments has purchased several software packages for use by the entire university system. These applications are being used by faculty and students to enhance existing courses through the use of computer technology.


In this request form, you will need to identify each workstation by device name, so that ET&S can establish administrative privileges for your secondary account on those devices specifically. You may also upload a list of devices using the Attachment field.

You will also need to provide a description of the devices and what their purpose is, along with a detailed description of the justification/business need for you to have administrative control.


This form is the recommended method for faculty and staff to request software needed for the upcoming fall/spring semester to ensure the software is ready for usage.


Review the following before submitting a request:

If you are trying to install software, first check to see if the software is already available to USNH-managed computers. Open Company Portal (Windows) / Self-Service (Mac) and search for the software you need. If it is listed there, then you can install it without needing Administrator privileges.

The standard for justification of access to PAM requires that you have a legitimate reason for use of elevated privileges exceeding 10 separate instances over the course of one year, on average.

If the software is not on Company Portal/Self-Service but this is a one-time request OR if you do not meet the frequency of use justification, please fill out the ET&S Service Desk web form to request assistance.


Kaltura can be used to stream audio/video to your students, and have them upload their own streaming audio and video.

Email is a collaboration and messaging application within the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite. All active students, faculty, and staff are provisioned with a USNH campus email address.


WebIntelligence (WebI) is an enterprise application supporting self-service access for reporting and analysis of data from various applications.

Messages quarantined as High Confidence Phishing by Microsoft have met specific conditions; whether it’s suspicious message composition commonly seen in phishing messages, inclusion of suspicious or malicious links or attachments, or even poor sender reputation. Once quarantined as High Confidence Phishing, the message must be reviewed by USNH CyberOps to ensure it presents no real threat to USNH IT Systems and the community prior to its release.

Colleague Information System Accounts are issued to KSC employees upon request. The account is to be used only by the staff, faculty, or student worker to whom the account is assigned, and only to perform administrative or advising duties as related to the employee’s position at KSC.
